His post-war purpose is still uncertain, and maybe learning more about the past will help to shape his future. Tech is on a journey of self-discovery for sure, having realized that he doesn’t know all that much about what the galaxy was like before the Clone Wars. Is staying the same his villain origin story - or will he, too, eventually realize he’s on the wrong side of an eventual civil war? Seemingly, the character hasn’t changed from when we last saw him being left behind by Clone Force 99 on Kamino (that’s the fate he chose, but still). Tech and Omega especially have had their upcoming character development storylines hinted at majorly in multiple episodes.Ĭrosshair, too, has been given an important spotlight so far. The first three episodes have done a great job of establishing not only where each of the show’s characters are … but also where they need to go.
So far this season, The Bad Batch already seems to be stepping up its game from its previous premiere season.
